You can earn Style Rewards by simply shopping with us:

• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent in store and online, at Laura and Melanie Lyne.
• When you collect 300 points, we will convert your points into dollar rewards to redeem at checkout.
• The amount of Style Rewards you earn increases based on your program level (Insider, Luxe, Elite). Learn more about our program levels here.

Your Style Rewards will be added to your personal account. Please note that you can't earn points when purchasing Laura and Melanie Lyne gift cards or when using your Style Rewards as a payment method.

You can easily redeem your Style Rewards both in our stores and online. It's important to note that Style Rewards are only redeemable by the person whose name appears on the account, and they are not transferable. If you don't use all your Style Rewards in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay in your account until they expire.

To Redeem Your Style Rewards Online:

• First, make sure you're logged into your account.
• During the checkout process, under the payments section, you'll see your Style Rewards balance. Click on "Redeem."
• Your rewards will be applied to your order and deducted from the total amount to pay if your rewards don't cover the full order amount.
• If you wish to redeem Style Rewards and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, or Shop Pay, redeem your rewards first, and then select your preferred payment method during checkout.
  

To Redeem Your Style Rewards In-Store:

• Our store associates can help you redeem your rewards when you check out in-store.
• Simply provide the email or phone number associated with your Style Rewards Program.

Yes, your Style Rewards will expire 60 days from the date of issue, unless you make a purchase within this timeframe.

When you return items that were purchased using Style Rewards, we'll provide a refund for the amount paid and credit the equivalent Style Rewards back to your account. The original expiration date of the Style Rewards will still apply to the credited amount.

Yes, our Style Rewards program offers three levels: Insider, Luxe and Elite. When you join our loyalty program, you'll start as an Insider. To reach Luxe status, you'll need to earn between 900 and 1,799 points within a 12-month period. To achieve Elite status, you should earn 1,800 points or more within a 12-month period.

As a Luxe or Elite member, you'll enjoy additional benefits, including:

• Up to $25 in rewards for every 300 points earned.
• A longer return period.
• Free shipping. *Only Elite members

The tier status you achieve will last for one year from the date you earned it and it will renew on a rolling basis.
