Two ways you can return unwanted items:

  • Make a mail return once our system is updated. Sign up below to receive a notification as soon as the system is back online.

To ensure fairness, we are extending the online return timeline:

  • All orders placed after July 4 will have an extended return window of 5 weeks (online returns only).
  • For Elite and Luxe members: Orders placed after June 27 will have an extended return window of 6 weeks (online returns only).
