We are temporarily unable to process returns by mail as we update our systems to serve you better.
Two ways you can return unwanted items:
- Return item(s) to any of our stores at any time. Find a Store
- Make a mail return once our system is updated. Sign up below to receive a notification as soon as the system is back online.
To ensure fairness, we are extending the online return timeline:
- All orders placed after July 4 will have an extended return window of 5 weeks (online returns only).
- For Elite and Luxe members: Orders placed after June 27 will have an extended return window of 6 weeks (online returns only).
