Shipping Costs

Enjoy complimentary shipping across Canada (excluding YK, NT, NU) with any standard online purchase of $75 or more before taxes. A fee of $10 (plus applicable taxes) will be applied to orders under this amount. For YK, NT, NU, shipping costs $17.95 (plus applicable taxes).

We offer free shipping for the purchase of physical gift cards across Canada (excluding YK, NT, NU).

Shipping Times

We fulfill orders from Monday to Friday. To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship from the store closest to you within 2 to 3 business days, which includes processing time and delivery, and up to 12 business days for YK, NT, NU. Sales and high seasons may affect delivery times.

Shipping restrictions

We ship exclusively within Canada. Orders can only be shipped to one address.

For multiple shipping locations, kindly place separate orders. Currently, there is no option to buy online and pick up in store.

You can check the availability of specific styles at a store near you by selecting your size and clicking “Find in Store.”

Order Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Click on the link in the email to follow the delivery progress of your package. For multiple shipments, you'll be able to track each individual package within the same email.

You can also track your order directly through your account by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Order History section and find the order you want to track.
  3. Click on the order number.
  4. Click on "Track Order."

We ship all orders using Canada Post or FedEx.

What are the delivery fees?
  • If the order is below $75, shipping costs $10 (plus applicable taxes).

How can I track my order once it's shipped?

Can I ship to a Canada Post office or a Fedex pickup store?

Currently, we do not offer the option to ship directly to a Canada Post office or pickup location. We only provide shipping to your specified shipping address. If you're not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave your package at your provided address or, in some cases, take it to the nearest Canada Post office or FedEx pickup location. You’ll receive a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package from there. We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the package at your chosen shipping address to avoid any inconvenience.

Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?

Yes, you can ship your order to a P.O. box. Please be aware that orders sent to a P.O. box will be shipped using Canada Post.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, at this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you'll need to place separate orders for each one.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time, we only ship to valid addresses within Canada.

Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Will my order be fulfilled in one order?

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled in more than one shipment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once each parcel is on its way.

My package hasn't arrived. What steps should I take next?

If your package hasn't arrived yet, here's what you can do:

1. Check your order tracking details to see if the package is still in transit.
2. If the item is past its expected delivery date and still in transit, get in touch with Customer Care here
3. If the tracking shows the package as delivered, it might be in your community mailbox, received by someone else in your residence, or left at your reception/concierge desk. If it's not there, contact Customer Care for further assistance here

How can I subscribe for SMS shipment delivery notifications?

To receive SMS notifications for your shipment's delivery status, visit the order's tracking page. Upon shipping, you'll get an email with a link "Track Your Order" to this page. Simply enable SMS notifications for updates on your delivery. You can also access to your order tracking page directly from your account.
