To use Sezzle, you need to meet the following requirements:

- Have a valid Canadian phone number.
- Have an email address.
- Have a payment method available at checkout. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
What if I can’t make a payment?
Sezzle understands that unexpected things can happen to your payment method. Your first payment reschedule is totally free! Fees are only charged if a payment fails, or if you need to reschedule your installments more than once.
Does paying with Sezzle affect my credit score?
Sezzle will not have an impact on your credit; hard credit checks are not performed. Instead, "soft checks" are performed by reviewing your credit score as part of a risk assessment process.
Can I use Sezzle in-store?
Sezzle is not available for in-store purchases. However, you can return your online order to one of our physical stores and receive a refund credited back to your original payment method.
