ONLINE PURCHASES: RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
All original tags must be attached.
A valid receipt must be presented.
REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE (Excluding evening dresses, cocktail dresses, formal jumpsuits and final sale items)
Within 14 days of the shipped date, items can be returned to any store, or by mail, for a refund to the original method of payment.
Within 21 days of the shipped date, items can be returned to any store, or by mail, for a refund on a gift card.
No returns will be accepted after 21 days.
EVENING DRESSES, COCKTAIL DRESSES AND FORMAL JUMPSUITS
Within 14 days of the shipped date, items purchased at regular price or at a discount of less than 40% can be returned to any store, or by mail, for a refund on a gift card.
No refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Items are final sale if the “Thank You” tag is removed.
SALE MERCHANDISE

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE
Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.
Intimates, shapewear, earrings, hats, slippers and hosiery.
Items purchased at liquidation stores.
Swimwear if the hygienic lining is removed.
Gift cards.
Evening dresses, cocktail dresses, and formal jumpsuits, if the “Thank You” tag is removed.
RETURN METHODS:
In-Store Returns: We offer free returns at any of our stores (excluding liquidation stores).
Mail Returns: Shipping is prepaid for your convenience, and a flat fee of $10.00 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN BY MAIL
Completing your return by mail is simple. Click here to login to our return portal and follow the instructions OR login to your account, click “start a return” and follow the simple instructions on the screen.
You'll promptly receive an email with a return shipping label. Print the return label, package your item(s), and drop it off at the carrier location. For your convenience, we ship using resealable packages.
When returning by mail, please ensure your items meet the return policy requirements and are dropped off at a courier location within the eligible timeframe, so that your refund is processed on the appropriate payment method.
Shipping is prepaid for your convenience, and a flat fee of $10.00 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.
